Clinical Dietitian

Location: Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living, Glen Mills, Pennsylvania

About the Role

Join our team as a Clinical Dietitian and develop and manage nutritional care programs to enhance the quality of life for Erickson Community residents. Ensure compliance with all regulations and support dining operations in Continuing Care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident nutritional needs are met and documented to fulfill the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Plan and monitor Continuing Care Residents' nutritional programs.
• Assist in the supervision of the overall efficiency of the dining room, room service operations, and staff.
• Assist in the supervision, evaluation, training, and disciplining of the dining staff.
• Provide nutritional in-service education to both staff and residents.

Requirements

• Licensed Dietitian and Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Experience in health care food service management and clinical nutrition preferred.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize clinical and administrative dietetics, including issues in persons with terminal illness.
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and ability to learn additional programs.
• Flexible schedule; required to work weekends and holidays.

Pay

Starts at $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
