Job Summary
Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in senior living, working with a collaborative team to enhance resident outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
- Contribute to Quality & Performance Improvement initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals
- Mentor and train staff and dietetic interns as applicable
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
- Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

Setting: Rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living
Schedule: Full time; Monday - Friday
Salary: $72k - $85k
