Responsibilities
- Conduct patient nutrition assessments
- Develop care plans
- Provide nutrition education tailored to diverse age groups
- Manage nutrition support regimes
- Ensure adherence to policies
- Maintain accurate records
- Serve as a preceptor for dietetic interns
- Share expertise through team activities
- Participate in professional development
- Emphasize patient safety, follow safety protocols, and proactively improve safety practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- Certification in dietetics
- CPR certification
- At least 6 months of relevant experience
- Light exertion physical demands
- Working conditions involving minor hazards, potential high census, and possible on-call duties
