We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove EEO etc.
We need to preserve all substantive info: job summary, responsibilities, qualifications (basic and preferred), physical/mental requirements (though seems duplicate of leadership), non-standard work schedule/travel/environment, pay, benefits, location/hybrid, relocation, work authorization, etc.
We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (job summary), "Responsibilities", "Qualifications" (could combine basic and preferred), "Skills" (leadership capabilities), "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule" (hybrid, travel). Also maybe "Work Location" but not a standard heading; could be part of Schedule or separate? The instruction says use headings for those specific headings only; we can add others? It says use

Also maybe "Work Location" but not a standard heading; could be part of Schedule or separate? The instruction says use headings for those specific headings only; we can add others? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely we should stick to those. We can embed other info under those sections.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range, so include Pay. Benefits: we have details. Schedule: hybrid (2.5 days on-site) and travel several times per year. Also non-standard work schedule/travel/environment. So include Schedule.
Requirements: maybe we can have Requirements section for basic qualifications? But we also have Qualifications. The instruction lists both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide. Could combine basic qualifications under Requirements, and preferred under Qualifications? Or we could have Qualifications covering both basic and preferred. Since they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, maybe combine into Qualifications. But we also have Skills (leadership capabilities). So sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title. No markdown.
We need to preserve all substantive info: Let's extract.

- U.S. work visa sponsorship (such as TN, O-1, H-1B, etc.) is not available for this role now or in the future.
- Sunshine Act ... (maybe we can keep as part of Benefits? It's legal but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about reporting payments; could be considered legal. The instruction says remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Sunshine Act is legal; might be considered boilerplate. Probably remove it. Also EEO etc remove.
We need to remove duplicated lines: The leadership capabilities appears twice (under Preferred Qualifications and Physical/Mental Requirements). We'll keep once under Skills.
We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include work authorization info under maybe Requirements? But we don't have a Requirements section; we could put under Qualifications or maybe a separate "Requirements" heading for things like work authorization, location, travel. But we already have Schedule for location/hybrid/travel. Work authorization could be under Qualifications? Might be better to have a "Requirements" section for things like work authorization, location, etc. But the instruction says we can use Requirements heading. Let's consider using Requirements for: work authorization, location/hybrid, travel, relocation, etc. But we already have Schedule for hybrid/travel. Could combine.
Given we want few substantive sections, maybe we combine location/hybrid/travel/relocation under Schedule. Work authorization maybe under Qualifications? Or we could add a separate "Requirements" section for work authorization and maybe "Eligibility". But we risk creating thin section. However work authorization is substantive.
Let's think: The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid many thin sections. Perhaps we can include work authorization under Qualifications (as a requirement). That's okay.
Thus sections:
- About the role (job summary)
- Responsibilities
- Qualifications (basic + preferred + work authorization)
- Skills (leadership capabilities)
- Benefits
- Pay
- Schedule (hybrid, travel, relocation)
We must not include sections with filler. All have content.
