This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution in a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Design and implement early clinical development strategies for cardiometabolic therapeutic candidates
- Prepare clinical development plans, study protocols, and regulatory submissions
- Review and evaluate clinical safety and efficacy data
- Strategize the use of clinical biomarkers to enhance drug development
- Collaborate with internal teams across Precision Medicine, Research, and Regulatory functions
- Evaluate external licensing or partnership opportunities
- Provide biomedical expertise to early development teams
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- 2 years of industry or academic research experience
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, or Endocrinology (preferred)
- 3+ years in drug development, particularly early stage clinical trials
- Strong understanding of cardiometabolic pathophysiology
- Experience in clinical trial design and interpretation
- Proven leadership in a collaborative team environment
Pay
$274,788 – $371,773 annually
