As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and patient monitoring, including detection and recognition of acute changes, escalation of concerns, and critical results.
• Administration and monitoring of therapeutic interventions and regimens (e.g., starting/maintaining intravenous therapies, administering medication per patients’ rights, preventing falls and skin breakdown, and following safety policies).
• Effective management of rapidly changing situations (identifying, assessing, and anticipating needs).
• Organization and work rule competencies (prioritizing, coordinating, and meeting multiple patient needs in a timely manner).
• Helping role: consistently contributing to a healing environment, providing patient comfort and support for human dignity, serving as a patient advocate, and building/maintaining a therapeutic environment.
• Teaching-coaching function: assessing and evaluating a patient’s readiness and ability to learn, explaining their condition and interpretation of illness.

Requirements

• Associate of Nursing (or equivalent) upon hire.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR certification upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) upon hire.

$30.76 - $45.76 per hour.
