Responsibilities
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements
- Required Experience: One year of RN experience
- Preferred Experience: Hospital nursing experience
- Required Education: Associate degree in nursing (ADN)
- Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN)
- Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply; licensee should confirm with NCBON
- Required Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider
- Preferred Certification: National Certification in area of specialty
