Description

The Clinical Data Specialist position is part of a team responsible for facilitating chart reviews and preparing patient records for One Medical Senior's clinical teams. This role supports the Medicare Population Health Programs team, which helps improve patient experience and outcomes through holistic, comprehensive, and integrated care.

Key job responsibilities

• Navigate multiple EHRs/HIEs/portals to retrieve and prepare charts for upcoming visits.
• Maintain good communications and partnerships with physician and nurse reviewer teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage external resources for accurate documentation.
• Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement.
• Provide general support to maintain department production and quality requirements.
• Manage support tickets pertaining to records and related subject matter.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Medicare and Medicare Advantage experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and able to learn and work with multiple technical systems and programs.
