About the role

Lead high-fidelity annotation of diverse clinical datasets, including trial protocols, Case Report Forms (CRFs), and medical literature.
Work closely with AI and Engineering teams to provide the "human-in-the-loop" expertise required to refine machine learning models.
Apply clinical coding standards (such as MedDRA, WHODrug, or SNOMED CT) to ensure data interoperability and regulatory compliance.
Conduct rigorous audits of annotated data to maintain the "ground truth" accuracy essential for regulatory-grade AI outputs.
Extract key entities (inclusion/exclusion criteria, endpoints, biomarkers) from unstructured documents to enhance the platform's predictive capabilities.

Requirements

  • Must-haves:
    • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Health Informatics
    • 2+ years in clinical data management (CDM) or clinical research, with focus on data cleaning or medical coding
    • Proven experience with data labeling tools or strong understanding of NLP concepts in a medical context
    • Deep familiarity with clinical trial phases, protocol design, and regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA)
    • An obsessive eye for detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Nice-to-haves:
    • Experience with SDTM, USDM, or other clinical data standards
    • Background in AI/ML model training or evaluation
    • Exposure to EHR data and real-world evidence workflows
    • Background in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese)
