Clinical Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Neighborhood Dental is seeking a Dental Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team. The mission is to save patients from pain, time, and money while enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out at the front desk
• Respond to voicemails, emails, texts, and appointment requests
• Collate payments and enter them into the practice software, Dentrix Ascend
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
• Help create a positive, professional clinic environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Dental office experience required
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend or dental software preferred
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those who need to travel)

$22–$29/hour DOE
