Responsibilities
- Free dental care for you and your immediate family
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out at the front desk
- Respond to voicemails, emails, texts, and appointment requests
- Collect payments and enter them into the practice software, Dentrix Ascend
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- Help create a positive, professional clinic environment
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of Dental customer service experience
- Have experience working in a dental office
- Are Friendly, organized, positive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Dental office experience required
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend or dental software preferred
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
