Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how they’re doing
- Watch over the nurses and other helpers to make sure they’re doing their jobs right
- Make sure the treatments are done safely and with kindness
- Build good relationships with the patients and their families
- Work in a busy, team-based environment
Requirements
- Have a current Registered Nurse license and know CPR
- Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Get approval for being ready to handle charges
- Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice
- Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg; CNN/CDN certification is extra nice
- Be good with computers (know MS Word and Outlook)
- Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays
