Clinical Coordinator II

About the role

Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. is offering the opportunity to join our team of passionate and dedicated staff as a Clinical Coordinator II. You will oversee behavioral health staff in our integrated outpatient clinic, participating in hiring, training, mentoring, and directly supervising a team dedicated to providing quality behavioral health care to our clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and licensure (Associate or Independent) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or ability to obtain license within 90 days of hire.
• Experience/knowledge of clinical best practices, therapeutic approaches, trauma-informed care, and working with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.
• At least 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete a background check.

Qualifications Preferred

• Experience supervising behavioral health staff.
• Experience providing therapy to behavioral health clients.
