Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinical Coordinator - Charge Registered Nurse - Dialysis to manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. The role supports the organization's mission to deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day.

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff, offering ongoing feedback and formal evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company and facility procedures and regulations.
• Manage staffing and make hiring, firing, and disciplinary decisions as needed.
• Participate in patient care plan meetings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of dialysis practices.
• Train and orient staff, observe and guide them, and ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, monitor patient care activities, and assist as necessary.
• Assume primary responsibility in emergencies and communicate patient concerns to the rounding physician.
• Administer medications, act as a resource, and supervise the completion of care plans.
• Supervise documentation, coordinate with relief charge nurses, and ensure educational needs are met.
• Operate and maintain dialysis-related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete required training and participate in quality assurance meetings.
