Clinical Coordinator - Charge Nurse - Dialysis

About the Role

The Charge Nurse supports patient care, staff supervision, and clinical operations within a dialysis facility.

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to direct care staff.
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Participating in staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitoring patient care, administering medications, and responding to emergencies.
• Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Training staff, maintaining documentation, and overseeing equipment safety.
• Promoting a safe environment adhering to OSHA standards.
• Leading patient education and supervising dialysis procedures.
• Participating in quality assurance and special projects.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with licensure in the applicable state.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, with 6 months in dialysis care.
• CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably with medical/surgical and supervisory experience.
