About the Role
Oversee dialysis patient care and clinical operations, providing leadership to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staffing levels and participate in patient care planning and coordination.
- Supervise dialysis treatments, respond to emergencies, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.
- Promote safety, quality outcomes, and ongoing staff education.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, supervise documentation, and assist with staff recruitment.
- Conduct staff meetings and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain a safe clinical environment.
Requirements
- Active RN license with a minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, including at least 6 months in dialysis.
- Preferred experience in medical/surgical settings or supervisory roles.
- CPR certification required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
