About the Role

Oversee dialysis patient care and clinical operations, providing leadership to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage staffing levels and participate in patient care planning and coordination.
  • Supervise dialysis treatments, respond to emergencies, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.
  • Promote safety, quality outcomes, and ongoing staff education.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team, supervise documentation, and assist with staff recruitment.
  • Conduct staff meetings and participate in quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain a safe clinical environment.

Requirements

  • Active RN license with a minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, including at least 6 months in dialysis.
  • Preferred experience in medical/surgical settings or supervisory roles.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Physical Demands & Environment
