Clinical Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct oversight of a clinical services case management team.
- Significant decision making, supervisory, administrative, program management and service delivery responsibilities.
- Participate in and contribute to a client-centered, outcome-oriented program culture dedicated to continuous quality improvement.
- Supervise four case managers.
- Carry a case load of 8 consumers.
- Provide supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Audit and review case files as needed.
- Organize and plan workshops, activities, and special events for consumers.
- In the absence of the Program Director, oversee program operations.
- Hire, train, and evaluate all case managers.
- Ensure thorough and accurate case files for every consumer on their case load.
- Prepare narrative and statistical program reports.
- Interview and follow up on prospective candidates to fill units.
- Collaborate with the nurse to ensure clients receive appropriate treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred in social work, Psychology, Sociology, or Human Services or related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with homeless population.
- A minimum of two years’ experience supervising a case management team.
- Previous work experience with the Department of Homeless Services or the Department of Mental Hygiene preferred.
- Strong understanding of the developmental needs of adults.
- Sensitivity to ethnic and cultural diversity.
- Knowledge of and commitment to working from a strength-based perspective.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.

$65,000 - $70,000
