About the role
The Clinical Coordinator at NFI North's Oliver Place program serves youth aged 14-20 with behavioral health challenges. The role involves providing clinical services, supporting direct care staff, participating in on-call coverage, and managing two cases of community-based HCT.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to youth in a small, home-like environment
- Support direct care staff with clinical aspects of their role
- Participate in on-call coverage for the program
- Manage two cases of community-based HCT
- Engage in various clinical modalities such as group sessions, individual therapy, and family sessions
- Work collaboratively with community partners like the garden club and ARTVAN
- Embrace a participant-driven and creative approach to treatment
Requirements
- A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed as a LCSW or LCPC, conditional license accepted
Qualifications
- Experience working with adolescents and families in a behavioral health setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$8,000 Sign-On Bonus
