CLINICAL COORDINATOR

About the role

The Clinical Coordinator at NFI North's Oliver Place program serves youth aged 14-20 with behavioral health challenges. The role involves providing clinical services, supporting direct care staff, participating in on-call coverage, and managing two cases of community-based HCT.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to youth in a small, home-like environment
• Support direct care staff with clinical aspects of their role
• Participate in on-call coverage for the program
• Manage two cases of community-based HCT
• Engage in various clinical modalities such as group sessions, individual therapy, and family sessions
• Work collaboratively with community partners like the garden club and ARTVAN
• Embrace a participant-driven and creative approach to treatment

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed as a LCSW or LCPC, conditional license accepted

Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents and families in a behavioral health setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients and their families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$8,000 Sign-On Bonus
