Clinical Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. This position oversees our outpatient behavioral health services team and ensures quality services are provided to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of outpatient behavioral health services team
• Participation in hiring, training, mentoring, and supervising staff
• Serving as a clinical resource for consultation for staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years’ experience providing client care in a behavioral health setting
• 2 years’ experience providing behavioral health case management services
• At least 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete background check
• Prior Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of special populations such as substance abuse
• Knowledgeable of benefit and entitlements process and available community resources
