Clinical Coordinator

About the role

The Clinical Coordinator leads outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease, overseeing treatment, guiding clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they're working.
• Watch over and direct the people who provide care, like PCTs.
• Make sure the care given is safe and kind.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families.
• Work in a busy, team-focused environment.

Requirements

• Have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification.
• Hold 18+ months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis.
• Get approval for Charge RN readiness.
• Have an ADN degree; a BSN is preferred.
• Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg.
• Have CNN/CDN certification if possible.
• Be good with computers (know MS Word, Outlook).
• Be flexible, able to work weekends and holidays.
