Clinical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
- Watch over the people who give care to patients, making sure they’re doing their best
- Make sure the care given is safe and kind
- Build good relationships with patients and their families
- Work in a busy, team-based office
Requirements
- Have a current Registered Nurse license and know CPR
- Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
- Get approval for being ready to work in charge of nurses
- Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice to have
- Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg; CNN/CDN certification is extra cool
- Be good with computers (like MS Word and Outlook)
- Be flexible, even on weekends and holidays
