Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight of medical and ancillary services, ensuring quality patient care, smooth operational flow, and excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and support staff through hiring, evaluations, disciplinary actions, training, and professional development to foster workforce excellence.
  • Maintain compliance and safety by overseeing equipment, supplies, infection control, hazardous waste disposal, and universal precautions.
  • Deliver direct patient care including health history documentation, nursing procedures, medication administration, vaccinations, COVID testing, and care coordination.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and continuous quality improvement while serving as a resource for electronic health record training and protocol updates.

Requirements

  • Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program or 2-year/Associate Degree in Nursing from a State-accredited school.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA or American Red Cross.
  • Active LPN NC License or CMA certification.
  • Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of direct patient care experience as a healthcare professional.
