Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement, ensuring effective integration of Lippincott and NurseTim products and services into nursing curricula
- Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs
- Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student success
- Collaborate in a team-based environment to develop solutions, drive initiatives, and achieve strategic goals
- Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomes
- Champion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape
Qualifications
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education
- Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies

- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with faculty, academic administrators, and internal teams
- Proficiency in educational technology and platforms
- Deep understanding of NCLEX, adult learning theory (andragogy), and clinical judgment development
- Proven ability to analyze educational challenges and implement evidence-based solutions
- Self-directed, professional, and committed to integrity
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Embraces change and innovation in education and organizational processes
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Focused on creating efficiencies and standardization to enhance client and company outcomes
- Willingness and ability to travel to support business objectives
- Familiarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products preferred
Compensation
$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
