Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement, ensuring effective integration of Lippincott and NurseTim products and services into nursing curricula.
- Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs.
- Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student success.
- Collaborate in a team-based environment to develop solutions, drive initiatives, and achieve strategic goals.
- Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomes.
- Champion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education.
- Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies.

- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with faculty, academic administrators, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in educational technology and platforms.
- Deep understanding of NCLEX, adult learning theory (andragogy), and clinical judgment development.

- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.

- Familiarity with Lippincott, NurseThink, and NurseTim products preferred.
Travel
Up to 30% for client training, coaching, meetings, and conferences.
Compensation
$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
