Clinical Consulting Snr Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage teams in providing quality consulting engagements with external customers to achieve operational and functional targets.
- Contribute significantly towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department, and Oracle.
- Understand and communicate business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) required for the team to deliver results.
- Establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance objectives; set metrics or other performance measures to track progress.
- Influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices, and procedures within broader areas of responsibility.
- Identify, propose, and lead quality and process improvement initiatives; lead or influence strategic initiatives at the department level and provide input on organizational-level strategies.
Qualifications
- Profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of the practice.
- Experience managing teams in providing quality consulting engagements with external customers.
- Ability to understand and communicate business metrics and KPIs required for the team to deliver results.
- Strong influence and negotiation skills to drive acceptance of policies, practices, and procedures.
- Experience in identifying, proposing, and leading quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to organizational-level strategies.
Pay
Hiring range in USD: $123,800 - $264,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Schedule
