We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About Indigo Urgent Care" and then description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: - About Indigo Urgent Care: description of company, mission, clinics, etc. That's about the role? Could be "About the role" heading? Actually "About Indigo Urgent Care" is about company. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content matches. We have: - About Indigo Urgent Care: description of company, mission, clinics, etc. Could go under "About the role" maybe? But "About the role" would be about the position. However we have a "Position Summary" later. So we could put company description under "About the role"? Might be okay. Or we could create a custom heading? But instruction says use those headings; we can still use them but we need to ensure they correspond to content. We could treat "About Indigo Urgent Care" as "About the role" (though it's about company). Or we could skip that heading and put that info under a

without heading? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings, but not required to use all. We can also have other headings? Probably better to stick to those. We have sections: - Position Summary (could be under About the role? Or maybe we treat as About the role). We'll include a heading

About the role

and include the Position Summary paragraph plus maybe the company description? But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could combine. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points (though they are run-on sentences). We'll extract each responsibility as
  • . - Requirements: includes Washington State Requirements and Idaho State Requirements, plus BLS, experience, etc. We'll list as
  • . - Qualifications: maybe not separate; but we have requirements that could be qualifications. Could combine. - Skills: not explicitly listed; maybe we can omit. - Benefits: "What We Offer" includes benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, retirement savings plans, career growth, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO, mental health coaching, etc. Also "Unique earning potential" includes premiums etc. That's pay/benefits. We'll separate Pay and Benefits sections. - Pay: includes Unique Earning Potential details: $2.50/hour Indigo Premium, $1.75/hour X-Ray Certification Premium, $1.25/hour Weekend Differential, Extra Shifts and Float incentives, Monthly Indigo Incentive Program up to $300/month. Also base pay scale $24.83 - $35.71 USD. Also mention pay influenced by factors. So we need a Pay section with that info. - Schedule: includes FTE: 0.9, Shift: Day Schedule: 8am-8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts). Also mention Float position for North Region clinics, list of cities. Also mention flexible schedule? Actually schedule details: FTE 0.9, Shift: Day Schedule: 8am-8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts). Also mention Float position for North Region Urgent Care Clinics with list of cities. So schedule section includes that. We also have "A Better Way to Work in Health Care" with bullet points: Flexible schedule, Team-based care model, No patient panels, Modern clinic environment, Unique earning potential (already covered). Could be part of Benefits or separate but we can incorporate. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Not present. We must not include application instructions. Now craft HTML. We'll start with

    About the role

    then

containing company description and position summary? Might be long but okay. Better: separate About the role (company overview) and Position Summary maybe as part of same section. Let's do:

But note duplication of BLS and experience for both states; we could combine but it's okay. Qualifications: Not separate; we could skip. Skills: Not explicit; skip. Benefits:

      • Extra Shifts and Float incentives awarded when applicable
      • Monthly Indigo Incentive Program, with a payout rate of up to $300/month
But nested ul may be okay. Could flatten. Simplify:

    • $2.50/hour Indigo Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked

    Schedule:

    Schedule

    • FTE: 0.9
    • Shift: Day Schedule: 8am-8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts)
    • Float position for North Region Urgent Care Clinics serving Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Lake Stevens, and Marysville
We should also include mention that it's a FLOAT position for North Region Urgent Care Clinics. Already in schedule. Check for any other substantive info: "A Better Way to Work in Health Care" we already incorporated flexible schedule etc. Might duplicate but okay. We must not include boilerplate like "Benefits eligibility may depend on role and location, some exceptions may apply". That's a benefit eligibility note; we could include as a sentence in Benefits section. It's substantive? It's a note about eligibility. Could include as a

after list. Also "Associated benefit information can be viewed here." That's a link; we should drop as it's a reference. Also "As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position." That's part of Pay section; we already have base pay scale. Also "If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align." Could add to Pay. Also "Position Summary" we already used. Now ensure we didn't repeat job
