About the role
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician for Community Medical Center. Community Medical Center is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state’s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County’s largest and most active health care facility—caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- BLS required. (American Heart Association)
- Preferred: Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program preferred.
- Certified nursing assistant preferred.
Essential Functions
- Aid patients with activities of daily living.
- Provide nursing care to patients including phlebotomy and EKG's.
- Communicate effectively with patients and nursing colleagues regarding their care status.
- Collaborate with the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey is $21.04 - $26.19 per hour. Benefits and perks include:
