Clinical Care Leader - Full Time Days
Job Summary
The Clinical Care Leader (CCL) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the home setting. They collaborate with other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. They document resident history, symptoms, medications, and care provided in compliance with applicable standards/regulations. They utilize technology to enhance quality resident care, collaborate with inter-professional team members, effectively delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel, assume overall nursing accountability for a resident assignment, and serve in leadership roles on department/organizational tasks forces and committees.
To demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge, they must utilize appropriate age and population-specific standards as designated in the specific care area or unit. They must also have effective communication skills to collaborate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts, situations, and/or issues with peers, inter-professional colleagues, residents, and families. They must have strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills to analyze data and appropriately respond to changing situations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including, but not limited to, those accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Minimum of two years' clinical experience preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Pay
$36.50 - $55.00 per hour
Additionally, there is a $25,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!
