Role: Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and coordinate staff activities within the IMCU.Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care through effective leadership and care planning.Contribute to improving patient outcomes with a focus on safety and excellence. Qualifications & Skills Experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably with leadership or coordination responsibilities.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Knowledge of patient care standards and best practices in a medical-surgical or intermediate care setting.Commitment to compassionate care and continuous improvement.
