We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics teams, design trusted reporting systems, and help translate complex health data into insights that matter — all while contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI models.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior healthcare analytics professionals who want meaningful work on their own terms.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface meaningful trends, inform leadership decisions, and drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that stakeholders can confidently act on
- Apply your expertise to AI training projects, helping ensure that models working with healthcare data are grounded in real clinical knowledge and best practices
Who You Are
- Seasoned professional with strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
- Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models — from the ground up
- Experienced working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- A natural leader who can guide and develop analytics teams while maintaining high standards for data quality and insight integrity
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote, asynchronous work environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with EHR systems, population health platforms, or clinical data warehouses
- Background in health informatics, epidemiology, or healthcare operations
- Experience working with LLMs or AI systems in a healthcare or data context
