Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Opportunity Overview An established and growing provider of autism care services is expanding and re-energizing its Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinics across North Carolina. Position Highlights Location: Fayetteville, NC (Hybrid clinic-based, 50% face-to-face and 50% remote care)Setting: Clinical environment (no nights or weekends)Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid in installments over the first year with a one-year commitment)Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentivesBenefits Package:Health Insurance401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysStrong patient demand with an active client waitlistReferral bonus opportunitiesClear pathways for internal career advancementSupportive, team-oriented, and positive work culture Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to evaluate client needsDevelop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using evidence-based ABA principlesProvide direct behavior analytic services, including assessment, programming, and data analysisCollect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-makingTrain, supervise, and mentor behavior technicians and clinical staffCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of careMonitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and evaluate effectiveness of interventionsMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and treatment recordsStay current with research, best practices, and advancements in applied behavior analysis Required Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standingMaster's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldMinimum 1+ year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorderStrong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and intervention strategiesExperience conducting assessments and developing behavior plansProficiency in data collection and analysis tools/softwareStrong communication and collaboration skillsHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilityCurrent CPR and First Aid certification Additional Details Full-time positionOngoing training and professional development opportunities providedMust adhere to BACB ethical and professional standards About the Opportunity This organization is committed to improving outcomes for individuals with autism and fostering a workplace culture built on collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence.
