Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a motivated Clinical Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our elite sports-medicine team in a high-energy, multidisciplinary clinic. As an integral part of our conservative-care team, you will work alongside Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, MDs, and Orthopedic Surgeons, utilizing your full scope of practice in a premier clinical setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient evaluations and build rapport to understand functional goals.
- Oversee Physical Performance Testing (PPT), including Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and computer-recorded strength testing.
- Develop and tailor patient-specific rehab programs, monitoring progressions and regressions.
- Utilize advanced modalities such as Alter-G Treadmills, DRX-9000 Traction, Normatec, Game Ready, and Litecure Laser.
- Communicate directly with surgeons and medical doctors to streamline patient care plans.
- Participate in marketing events, team outings, and company initiatives.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Athletic Trainer License.
- Degree from an accredited Athletic Training Education Program.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with a strong understanding of sports-related injuries and manual techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer-service skills, with the ability to show compassion for patients from all backgrounds.
- Proficiency in therapeutic treatments, manual massage, exercise prescription, and physical-therapy techniques and equipment.
- Energetic, articulate team player willing to challenge themselves and their patients.

Pay
$55,000 – $65,000 per year
Schedule
- Full-time, on-site at one location.
- 4/10’s schedule (four 10-hour days per week).
