About the Role
The Department of Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California is seeking outstanding applicants for a full-time clinical faculty position in the Division of Medical Oncology, Santa Clarita Satellite clinic based in Santa Clarita, CA. Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine, board certified or eligible in Medical Oncology, and eligible for licensure in California. Successful candidates will have strong clinical skills and interest in serving a diverse patient population in both private and public clinical practice. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to patients in the Division of Medical Oncology, Santa Clarita Satellite clinic
- Contribute to the educational mission of the department by teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
- Participate in research activities and contribute to the advancement of medical oncology
- Engage in community outreach and health promotion initiatives
Requirements
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology
- Eligible for licensure in California

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $600,000 - $800,000. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
Schedule
The position is full-time and works 8 hours per day.
