Clinical Assistant Professor - Information Science
About the role
The Department of Information Science (DIS) in the College of Information of the University of North Texas (UNT) invites applications for a non-tenure-track Clinical Assistant Professor position. We are seeking exceptional candidates with interests in a wide range of topics. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Justice, and Business Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Successfully teach both undergraduate and graduate courses
- Design and deliver courses in various formats, including online and hybrid modalities
- Carry a typical teaching load of three courses during the Fall and Spring semesters

Qualifications
- PhD in Information Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong record of teaching effectiveness
- Experience in designing and delivering courses in various formats, including online and hybrid modalities

Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
The position requires a typical teaching load of three courses during the Fall and Spring semesters.
