About the role
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Clinical Assistant to join our Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) treatment center team in St Louis, MO. This position is a patient-facing role, supporting the treatment center doctors with intake, scheduling, greeting patients, and other various day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, self-motivated, and should excel in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Schedule
This position is part‑time, Monday‑Thursday 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for testing and/or treatment
- Assist the physician with in‑clinic patient care and daily clinical assistant duties
- Maintain treatment rooms, testing equipment, and clinic organization
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with scheduling and operational support as needed
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and health/safety compliance standards
- Act as the main point of contact for center patients
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, or similar clinical role preferred
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and self-manage responsibilities
- Comfortable working in clinical environments
- Reliable transportation
- Will train the right candidate
