Clinical Assistant
Position Overview
This position will provide support in the day-to-day operation of our Autism Day Treatment and Pediatric Therapy programs. Responsibilities include maintenance and organization of safe, clean and organized treatment space, administrative support to program leadership, supporting clients in treatment rooms when needed, and overall general assistance to therapy staff as needed.

Job Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Background in administrative work (preferred). 1-2 years' experience with preschool age children (preferred).
- Knowledge: Computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel). Early childhood programming, Autism Spectrum Disorder treatment models, and community resources (preferred).
- Skills: Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, patience, flexibility, creativity, resourcefulness, ability to take direction as well as work independently to carry out a variety of tasks, good communication and writing skills, conflict-resolution, cultural competence, critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, ability to persist past obstacles, and ability to collaborate and work as a team member.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for these positions starts at $18.65-$21.92/hour, depending on qualifications (i.e., experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest.
