Clinical Assistant
About the role
This is not your traditional clinical assistant position, and that's exactly what makes it special. As a Clinical Assistant at Health Bridge, you won't be taking vitals or running EKGs. Instead, you'll be stepping into something far more meaningful. You'll be the face of a first-of-its-kind telehealth dentistry experience, working directly with patients at federally funded clinics to help them access Preventive Dental Evaluations they may have never had before. You'll work in person at your assigned clinic site as the direct link between the patient and a remote licensed dentist. When the dentist connects live, you'll be right there, guiding the intraoral camera in real time, facilitating a face-to-face virtual interaction between the doctor and patient, and ensuring the experience feels seamless, comfortable, and personal from start to finish. Think of yourself less as a back-office assistant and more as a patient advocate, a live clinical guide, and a community connector all in one.
