Clinical Assessor - Weekends

About the role

GRO Community is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Clinical Assessor to provide structured clinical consultation and evaluation services for individuals served by our programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured clinical interviews and complete standardized assessments to determine an individual’s needs for services and supports, eligibility, level of care, and appropriate diagnosis
• Collect psychosocial, behavioral, and functional information to support individualized care recommendations
• Accurately document findings and submit assessments in a timely manner
• Clinical Assessors are expected to consistently monitor and maintain their weekly productivity in alignment with organizational performance standards
• Submit performance data on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and the Medical Admin to ensure high-quality client care
• Attend required supervision sessions, team meetings, and professional development trainings
• Maintain compliance with GRO Community and its entities policies, professional ethics, and relevant regulations
• Perform all job duties in compliance with Person First standards, HIPAA guidelines, and company confidentiality policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field (required)
• IM+CANS Certification is required at the time of hire, or within one month of the Human Resources onboarding date
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with biopsychosocial assessments
• Social services work experience required/preferred
