Ensures that GE HealthCare radiotracers (Vizamyl, DaTscan, Cerianna) translate into meaningful clinical impact for every patient. Partners closely with customers to deliver training, clinical expertise, and operational support that enable safe, confident, and effective use of molecular imaging solutions. Supports successful program launches, sustained adoption, and long-term growth—keeping the patient at the center of every step.
Responsibilities
- Develop product, clinical, workflow, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within Nuclear Medicine and PET modality customers supporting GE Healthcare’s Neurology and Oncology radiopharmaceutical portfolio (Vizamyl, DaTscan, Cerianna, and DaTQUANT quantification software).
- Collaborate and coordinate the delivery of on-site and virtual customer training, including pre-training coordination, patient go-live support, and ongoing post-go-live training and support as needed over the product's lifecycle.
- Participate in the company scheduling process for training events.
- Build solid customer relations by interfacing directly with physicians, nurses, technologists, scheduling, and business office staff. Serve as the interface between the customer and GE.
- Collaborate with Field Sales teams to support pre-sale product activities such as image reviews, DaTQUANT quantification demos, technical product support, or similar activities.
- Present on GEHC RadioPharma products at conferences, speaking events, and customer events to support clinical education, including presenting CE credits to technologists and Reader Training to imagers.
- Communicate relevant product offering intelligence, including customer concerns, opportunities, and competitive information, to appropriate internal parties (Management, Supply, Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs).
- Participate in company work streams around clinical and business processes on request.
- Expeditiously communicate appropriate customer questions to Medical Science.
- Collaborate with CMO partners as needed to support customers and market growth.
- Ensure a compliant, ethical culture to promote GEHC products and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
- Handle additional projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- CNMT or equivalent specific Nuclear Medicine modality certification.
- 4+ years of clinical imaging experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities; experience using DaTscan, Vizamyl, and/or Cerianna preferred.
- Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment.
- Required to travel extensively (85%+, 4-5 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the U.S. and Canada via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train, etc.) for onsite customer education and training.
- Residence located no more than 1 hour from a major airport.
- Proficient use of software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and navigating other computer and web-based tools (intranet/internet/apps); CRM ability.
- Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions. Preference for familiarity with viewing software such as MIM, Hermes, and Syngo.
- Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals, requiring proof of immunization for mumps, measles, and rubella (MMR) and hepatitis, and drug testing/screening.
- Must live within the territory (Northeast U.S.) commutable to a major U.S. airport (within 1 hour). Preferred candidates will be based in MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, VA, DE, DC, MD, KY, or TN.

Pay
For U.S.-based positions, the pay range is $120,000.00–$180,000.00 annually. Compensation decisions depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
