Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in the use of the company's radiopharmaceutical products and related software
  • Cook up and deliver on-site and virtual customer training and go-live support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and technologists at customer sites
  • Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sale product activities and technical support
  • Present at conferences and customer events to educate customers on the company's products
  • Communicate customer feedback and competitive insights to internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards in promoting products

Qualifications

  • CNMT or equivalent Nuclear Medicine certification required
  • 4+ years of clinical imaging experience, with 3 years in Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities
  • Experience with nuclear imaging product lines is preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in clinical and patient environments
  • Extensive travel required, 85%+ throughout the U.S. and Canada
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to learn industry-specific software and provide digital education solutions
