Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the use of the company's radiopharmaceutical products and related software
- Cook up and deliver on-site and virtual customer training and go-live support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and technologists at customer sites
- Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sale product activities and technical support
- Present at conferences and customer events to educate customers on the company's products
- Communicate customer feedback and competitive insights to internal teams
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards in promoting products
Qualifications
- CNMT or equivalent Nuclear Medicine certification required
- 4+ years of clinical imaging experience, with 3 years in Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities
- Experience with nuclear imaging product lines is preferred
- Must be comfortable working in clinical and patient environments
- Extensive travel required, 85%+ throughout the U.S. and Canada
- Proficiency in software applications such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to learn industry-specific software and provide digital education solutions
