Clinical Applications Analyst
IDR is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst to join one of our top clients for an in-office opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves supporting clinical applications with a primary focus on WellSky Rehab, including support, simple configuration, and user account management.
About the role
Provides problem-solving and implementation skills as a team member to implement, upgrade, and support complex application systems. Ensures that all systems are fully tested before implementation into production. Documents and describes complex processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments. Trains and educates users on system functionality and capability. Provides mentoring and training in system analysis & design, specification development and documentation, and end-user training.
This position will support WellSky Rehab and will primarily provide support, simple configuration, and user account creation. There are no SQL query or interface support responsibilities associated with this role.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical applications, with a focus on WellSky Rehab
- Perform simple configuration and user account management
- Ensure systems are fully tested before production implementation
- Document complex processes and procedures
- Train and educate users on system functionality and capability
- Provide mentoring and training in system analysis, design, and end-user methodologies
Requirements
- Experience supporting Clinical Applications/EMR
- Preferred: experience with rehabilitation business and applications
- Knowledge of rehabilitation workflows and rehab-specific apps
- Ability to support system testing and documentation processes
- Strong communication skills for user training and support
