Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) "This Application Analyst position will learn and apply functional and systems expertise in value-based care to configure, test, and support solutions that increase quality, reduce medical expense, and improve the managed-member experience. The role will develop understanding of Epic payer and population health modules including, but not limited to, Tapestry, Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, and VBPM. In addition to Epic skills, the Application Analyst will configure, deploy, and support non-Epic systems including but not limited to Stanson, Cotiviti, and other third-party systems. This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview The Clinical Associate Systems Analyst II supports core functions of the health system's applications to enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care. This position will implement, administer, and support assigned systems under the general guidance of senior members of the team. The position will have a basic understanding of Epic modules and health system operations. Locations Stanford Health Care What You Will Do Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help deskPerform daily monitoring of applications in production useCoordinate application support with other information technology teams including Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting, and the help deskAssist in the implementation of low complexity tools and workflowsAssist in the upgrade of applicable software or enhancements to existing workflowsAssist in any testing that is required as part of new implementations, enhancements or upgradesModify tables/master files, make additions and changes under the direction of senior team membersImplement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department’s policies and proceduresParticipate in team and cross-team meetings and maintain appropriate meeting recordsProvide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of applications; including 24/7 on call coverage as requiredTake ownership of low complexity issues and act as a liaison between customer and other support staff to facilitate resolution Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER SCIENCE, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT OR A DIRECTLY-RELATED FIELD FROM AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY. Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $52.69 - $69.82 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
