About the Role

We are a nationwide behavioral healthcare organization dedicated to transforming young lives through evidence-based care. We are seeking individuals who can join our team of the best teen and young adult mental health treatment staff in the country.

Responsibilities

• Primary Therapist: Provide therapy sessions to teens and young adults.
• RN: Administer patient care and assist with clinical procedures.

Requirements

• Primary Therapist: Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) required.
• RN: Current RN license in WA state. BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Primary Therapist: Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting.
• RN: Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a mental health facility.

Skills

• Primary Therapist: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• RN: Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Pay

• Primary Therapist: $80,675 to $107,000 per year based on education and experience.
• RN: $39 to $59 per hour based on education and experience.
