Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of workflow
  • Assess system needs and requirements
  • Plan, design, and test systems and interfaces
  • Cookordinate work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel
  • Train end-users as required
  • Document and troubleshoot work involved in systems implementation and maintenance
  • Act as liaison to physicians and clinical area end users

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or ancillary clinical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience required
  • Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems required
  • Technical/programming experience preferred, but not required
  • PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency required
  • Five (5) years MIS and/or clinical experience, including three (3) years in similar and related position required
  • Must obtain Epic certification
  • CPHMIS or ANA Nursing Informatics Certification preferred
  • Must obtain Epic certification
  • This position is primarily focused on Epic's Healthy Planet module
  • Possessing a Healthy Planet certification or other relevant certifications is preferred
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Pay

Pay range: USD $72,612.80 - USD $122,449.60 /Yr.

Schedule

Occasional on call
