About the role

The Clinical Ambulatory Manager-Primary Care role is accountable for translating and achieving strategic priorities and outcomes such as quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences. This role leads an inter-professional team to create an environment where the team is empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes. The incumbent is also responsible for advancing nursing practice by advocating and embedding evidenced-based practices and professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

  • Translate and achieve strategic priorities and outcomes such as quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences.
  • Lead an inter-professional team to create an environment where the team is empowered to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes.
  • Advocate for and embed evidenced-based practices and professional nursing standards.
  • Accountable for providing strategic vision and operational planning for assigned unit.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).
  • If bachelor degree not in nursing, must have Master of Nursing (MSN).
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Qualifications

Pay

The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

This role is a fully onsite position at our Mooresville location Monday-Friday day shift.
