Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Ambulatory Manager for their Northside Pediatrics team. The role combines clinical experience with leadership skills to achieve excellent outcomes and improve patient and team member experiences.

About the role

The Clinical Ambulatory Manager translates and achieves strategic priorities and outcomes such as quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences. They lead an inter-professional team to foster an environment of excellence in patient and organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Translate and achieve strategic priorities and outcomes
  • Lead an inter-professional team to foster an environment of excellence in patient and organizational outcomes
  • Advocate for and embed evidenced-based practices and professional nursing standards
  • Accountable for providing strategic vision and operational planning for assigned unit

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) or Master of Nursing (MSN)
  • Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
