Clinical Advisor - Oncology & Rare Disease Products (BCOP)

Responsibilities

• Build and execute product roadmap that solves payor, provider and patient needs related to oncology, rare disease and other high-cost therapies.
• Create and strengthen partnerships within and outside the enterprise to deliver new solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and work with many teams while driving work forward in a matrix-style organization.
• Develop and own healthcare innovation products with and in-depth understanding of managed care and overall marketplace dynamics.
• Frame complex problems and develop solutions that address multiple interests with minimal guidance and direction.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with all levels and influence and establish rapport with colleagues.
• Travel 1-2x per year.

Qualifications

• Oncology practice / health system experience.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with many teams while driving work forward in a matrix-style organization.
• Advanced Impact and Influence skills – ability to influence and establish rapport with colleagues.
• Ability to travel 1-2x per year.
