About the role

Clinical Admissions Therapist responsible for evaluating clients upon intake, building rapport, and conducting biopsychosocial assessments to determine treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with clients and referral sources
• Provide program information
• Complete virtual assessments for diverse age groups
• Establish appropriateness for virtual IOP care
• Construct provisional diagnoses using DSM‑V criteria
• Document client data in electronic records
• Coordinate treatment team assignments
• Facilitate intake with clinical and administrative teams
• Collaborate with external referral sources such as hospitals and treatment centers

Qualifications & Skills

• Independent licensure in a mental health field
• Experience with multiple age groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable technology resources for telehealth
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (bilingual preferred)

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Passing background checks as mandated by state regulations
