Clinical Account Manager - New York, NY
About the role
The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) at Hologic leads the way to achieve year-on-year growth within their territory for our GYN Surgical portfolio, including NovaSure™ global endometrial ablation and MyoSure™ tissue removal systems. This role aims to expand Hologic’s geographical reach while developing a personal brand as an expert in the medical device field.
Responsibilities
- Sculpt the strategic business plan to maximize Hologic’s market share. Develop and manage sales funnels to analyze, track, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Craft long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor and partner to key decision-makers.
- Provide clinical expertise in the surgical space. Support physicians and other clinical professionals with technical support in surgery.
- Educate surgeons and nurses on NovaSure™ and MyoSure™ technology through case coverage.
- Collaborate effectively with your wider team, including clinical, sales, service, technology, and national accounts.
What We Expect
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biomedical, business, or marketing discipline is required.
- Experience: Passionate, best-in-class, and grounded in science. Natural ability to build meaningful business relationships, handle objections and negotiations eloquently. 1-2+ years of sales experience, with medical sales experience being advantageous. Top performer in previous roles, winning prestigious awards such as Presidents Club and/or Circle of Excellence.
- Additional Details: Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record, along with a serviceable vehicle for work use. Overnight stays may be necessary for regional accounts and medical conventions.

Pay
The total compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $120,000, based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/geography, education, business needs, market demand, and performance versus quota.
