CLINIC X-RAY TECH | CLINIC SERVICES FLOAT POOL

Duties

• Identifies patient and verifies pregnancy status, medical history, complaint and explains x-ray procedure.
• Prepares patients for x-rays, performs, develops, and displays radiology exams.
• Acts as a liaison between the patient and the doctor regarding radiology procedures.
• Carries out physician’s orders.
• Orders all supplies related to clinic radiology department.
• Assists with front office procedures (answering phones, giving referrals, scheduling, end of month, etc.) when needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Radiologic Technology program required.
• Current registry in good standing with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) preferred.
